No. Clasr surfaces patterns and signals in a manuscript. It does not decide whether a manuscript should be accepted or rejected.
Does Clasr score manuscripts?
No. There is no overall score, rating, or acceptance probability. Signals are labeled individually to show what was found and where.
Will Clasr rewrite my manuscript?
No. Clasr surfaces signals and leaves the revision to you. In Author Mode, each finding includes a short “Consider” note to help guide your next revision.
What does Clasr explicitly not do?
Clasr does not verify proofs, check plagiarism, recommend journals, replace peer review, or predict publication outcomes.
What languages does Clasr support?
English only for now. More languages may be added later.
What kinds of manuscripts does Clasr handle?
Clasr works with quantitative, empirical, and structured academic manuscripts across fields including health, law, social science, and technology. It can also read theoretical work, although some modules may not apply.
What happens to my manuscript after processing?
Your manuscript is processed only to provide the Clasr reading and is not used to train AI models. Reports remain in your account according to your selected history settings.

How is Clasr different from peer review simulators?
Peer review simulators typically try to reproduce reviewer feedback or judgments. Clasr does something different: it surfaces manuscript signals without producing a score or decision.
How is Clasr different from literature discovery tools?
They work at a different stage. Literature discovery tools help you find research. Clasr reads the manuscript you have already written.
Can institutions use Clasr across departments or journals?

Can funding agencies use Clasr?
Clasr can surface signals related to areas such as data availability, code sharing, preregistration, ethics, funding disclosure, and reproducibility where they are relevant to the manuscript.
